Bulbs arrived from trups. Help fitting

PM Trups, he has created fitting guides for all his LEDs. He helped me out 2 weeks ago.
I can't get my hand in the right hand side to change the bulb! i manage to take the bulb out, but can't seem to put the bulb back on..!! 
any ideas or tips..
also how do i get to the fogs?

Fog lights, I tend to put a mix of fingers into the mesh / slots and pull from the rear outer edge. Mesh pops out, then a few torx screws around the fog light removes the unit. Disconnect loom. Replace bulb. Reverse process. When pitting mesh back in be very careful not to bend the tabs.

Just done all mine best way is to remove wheel and part off the inner liner then u can get your hand in and c what your doing
hmm removing wheel sounds like alot of hassle to change a bulb, but seems more simplier way. im scared of breaking the damn grill!!
still need to get my bulb back in my passenger side, (light blew few days ago).
driving down dark roads/country lanes is scary!
need the sun to come out so i can feel my fingers when changing the bulbs!

Whilst they're cosmetically different they should both come out in a similar fashion
Sorry meant DRL on my previous comment. Not done my Fogs "yet" ha. Picture below how good trups bulbs make the car lighting. In day also but can see the difference. Night is immense.

I should of done before after pics aswell from the bulbs i got from trups, they defo make a difference !!
This is my foglight grill, so should be the same way to take off? do i start from the end that is away from the bulb first?

Anyone got a guide they can post or email me for the DRL bulb swap. I'm waiting to hear back from trups but the car is in the garage and even the mechanic cant figure it out without having to remove the bumper to access the headlight properly?!
