hi,
just purchased an 2010 a6, s line 2.0L TDI, (le mans)
the front passenger and drivers seats (rear covers) are in bad condition. Can anybody or know where i can source some from? obviously the cheaper the better
Need to be black. also any links on how to remove old ones and fit new?
Thanks,

Only direct replacements covers would be from Audi, unless you can find a leather re-trimmers like these Furniture Clinic - Leather Care Cleaner, Furniture Repair & Restoration

Stripping a seat down and rebuilding can take hours trying to get the cover to sit perfectly. I've worked on A4's and golf's and hate working on seats, it's is a ***** of a job. Best find a good re-trimmers.

The leather i found was cheap ****e! mine were starting to mark after 23k miles only and im very careful about stuff like that. Biggest let down about the car for me was the leather creasing and marking and im not one for wearing jeans with studs or zips catching it but still got them grr.

Mine still look new after 100k miles and the leather seems thick and hardwearing.

Less so on my Jag with oatmeal leather, I find that lighter colours wear worse and suffer more UV/heat damage than any other colour, also with black an scuffs can be covered easily (read as black permenant marker!)

Agree with finding a decent upholsterer, I had my Jag seats done and supplied the leather, fronts were just £350!

If your car is still under warranty, and the seats look bad take them back to Audi, I had a seat base replaced due to premature wear/bad creasing.

thanks B5NUT but i sold it and moved to the darkside. When i was looking for an A6 at the time i noticed it on alot of them, and quite a few were baggy on the seat base even on low milers.. maybe driven by fatmen but surely not everyone i looked at almost lol.
