Hi Guys,

Would just like to recommend and say thanks to @udi A3 for programming my used S3 clocks into my Audi A3 2.0TFSI S Line. He done the mileage correction the lot!

On arrival I was produced with his insurance certificate which showed he was covered to carry out this type of work. I then left him to do what he came to do and here is the result!

Top Honest Guy! definitely recommend him to you guys if you are after the white dis conversion!

I might consider it if it's not that expensive(part +fitting)
 
I was lucky and got hold of my clocks for £90 off eBay. Have a word with him he maybe able to source some for you also and provide you with a price.

That's cheap.... I been looking on eBay n they r roughly for 200 to 300...

Cool, yep I'll give him pm to see how much I'm roughly looking for!

What if the mileage doesn't match your cluster...?

He does all the mileage correction, even managed to code it all up without having to recode the keys.

It was good to meet you, bad news on the tyre pressure monitoring though, but there may be a workaround im looking into it :D

So do I read this correctly, I have a non DIS white cluster and no switch on the wiper stalk. All I need to retro fit is the dis stalk and dash then the millage correction and computer work??

I cannot be that easy surely!
 
Lovely little upgrade and great all the mileage can be matched up correctly. Looks great :)
 
Dano, if you actually have a blank dis then just the stalk and coding. If you have no dis then yes new clocks. However there's more work involved if the cars 2009+ as the immobiliser info is harder to extract.

Do you get any additional functionality with the white DIS or is it purely aesthetic?
 
Hi Jet, yes it is S3 2009 clocks. And DGL you get the lap timer lol and depending on modules etc you get the extra settings in the menus for coming home lights if I'm correct? NHN would be the best guy to ask for that sort of info though!
 
Cheers Shaikly, Not sure what the difference is between mine (2010 s-line) and S3, I have the extra settings in the menu for coming home lights and a few others, they seem to look identical, oh no lap timer lol
