Got my S3 stripped at the moment doing a major rebuild and the rose joints that is pressed into the hub that the tie bar mounts to has popped out of its mounting so needs replacing not a issue but I read somewhere you can replace these with a poly bush dose anyone know if this is true? If so what and where can I get these from?

Thanks in advanced :)

I've not seen a poly one, but the rose joint is superceeded by a conventional bush now as they seize eventually, causing strain on the tie arms, making them snap.

Do you remember the socket sizes required? I'm planning on swapping to the revised bush myself as I have creaking but couldn't see signs of cracks (yet).

Rear Tie Arm - Creaky - Need options people

Hope this helps.
One of my rose joints failed on me recently causing my upper arm to crack.
Replaced two of of the four using a home made contraption of a high tensile threaded bar and sockets.
Got daveS3 adjustable control arms to go on shortly. ;-)

IIRC..... 32mm on the bush, then 46mm on other side of hub.

Did the job perfectly.
