Does anyone else 'collect' or receive these? Because I seem to have worked up quite a collection since Winter 2009... That being the first I received since my car had it's Cambelt and Water Pump replaced around the Spring/Summer time of 2009. As far as I am aware I never received a Summer issue for 2009 and as you may know they don't publish Autumn copies (strange I thought).



I'm only asking in this thread because these magazines are worth £4.50 each and I'm wondering if it's worth selling them on if they are worth something or not; I was going to bin them the other week until I saw the price. Before you ask I have kept them all for no particular reasdon other than they contain good information and include competitions.

Any thoughts or responses would be grateful. :)

I've received 4 since buying my car last May and still have them all! I don't think they'll be worth much for a few more decades & I only keep them because I'm loathe to bin the potential information on the company. One of mine is from Autumn 2012, it has the side view of a nice cherry red RS4 Avant on the cover & is called "Racing Line".

It does seem strange that you're not getting the Autumn issue though. :uhm:
 
I got in contact with Audi editors and they mentioned this is the first year they are doing 4 issues... hence I will be receiveing Autumn 2013 within next few weeks.

They mentioned they have never done an Autumn issue before. Can you get a picture of it mate?
 
Certainly ...I've taken a couple of pictures with my iPhone, but Tapatalk won't allow me to post them for some reason. It'll be tomorrow before I'm on my laptop again, I'll post then.

Maybe my Autumn 2012 issue is exclusive ...and therefore Valuable. :)
 
Well going off your description of the magazine I certainly have no magazine called "Racing Line" lol

I'm not sure if this is relevant to the mystery ...but I've noticed my Autumn copy has a different address to the latter 3. The Printing Company, Staff & Contact Number are all the same... the address is the only thing that's changed as far as I can see.

Autumn 2012 address:
Spitfire Studios
61 Collier St.
London N1 9BE

Winter 2012 > Summer 2013:
Northdown House
11-21 Northdown St.
London N1 9BN

Be interesting if you could check the address of the issues previous to Autumn 2012 (...as that was the first I received) to see if it's a permanent address change or just a "one off" copy, don't you think? :thumbsup:
 
My wife likes the RS5 cabriolet on the inside front cover, now she wants to swap our convertible for one! Problem is she really has no idea what it is other than it's a nice looking car!

I recycle magazines. .
 
I have all the Audi magazines from the very first issue when it was called Audibilis. I have also got every Audi Driver magazine too including the pre production prototype.
 
I find this annoying that I don't receive this magazine. Alright I print it at work! So get my own copy anyway months before you people, would still be nice to be on the list and get it through the post somehow!

My Winter 2013 copy arrived today! There's someone from ASN with an RS3 in a feature ...I won't spoil it by saying who it is. :)

Never had one through, only picked car up 5 weeks ago so may come soon

funny you should say that... I never received mine either! what's mre troubling is that I never noticed, even when I received my Winter Edition & posted the fact above. :think:
