As above,

Fancy these in 17", any pictures would be appreciated (especially on imola s3s). Curious as to how they would look on an unlowered car...

That's beautiful! what offset are they?
 
Cheers, it took me a while to work it all out and for them to clear my front brakes (6 pots) but they are ET15 front, ET20 rear. Using H&R DRA spacers. I'm happy with how it looks now. I have H&R RSS suspension which is very firm and it's never rubbed. I run 2.5 degrees camber on the front and 1.5 rear with zero toe.

How do you find that set up and how have u got so much front camber? Thought they maxed at around 1.5?
 
I've yet to find the limit but I've not been on a track day with it just yet. I have changed/upgrated pretty much every suspension related part and have had it set up by a local guy that sets up 911s and R8s for targa and road rallies. I run Ground Control top mounts to get the extra camber. There's also a cheaper version that Prawn runs that would do the same for less money. Running zero toe helps reduce any extra tyre wear from the increased camber. It's great fun to drive. It just needs more power (which is next). Check my thread for more info (sorry, the recent updates are a little dull while I save up for a decent clutch + flywheel setup).

Keen to see other 1.2 setups. They're nice wheels.
 
Ahh i see. I have adjustable tie arms so ill get mine set up best as i can for what i have and improve once i know what i need to improve on. I Spend too much time planning my next mod.and i rarely use it at the moment. Thx for the info
 
25mm front, 20mm rear. Would have liked more rear but its close as it is and I don't want it to rub.

Spacers are not technically legal here but they have a very screwed up system when it comes to car modifications. I can only presume they validated that decision based on the swiss cheese multi fit, non hub or wheel centric ones which are unsafe.

Does that not rub at all? Even under hard cornering?
Or have you done done arch work?

I've got 20mm rear,18x8 inch wheels and still deciding what size mm on the front.
 
So are your wheels et15/20 plus the spacers? Or work out that with the spacers?

So they not have much caliper clearance? Or are yours some chunky beasts?

This has made me want pro races!

It's not rubbed yet. Like I say, I run a bit of camber on the front which helps and along with running H&R RSS which are very firm. I do need to get the wings pulled slightly though just to be safe. The front wings appear to have the lip rolled already. Not sure if they are like that as standard?

They are final ET figures. The rims I have are ET40 so with the 25mm and 20mm spacers makes them ET15 and ET20 respectively.

The Brembo 6 pots are fairly large and renowned for clearance issues. The Pro Race actually have really good caliper clearance. Way more space than my old BBS CH.

Heh. The 9" wide rims do look different to the 8". The 9" version has the spokes inset slightly with a very slight dish. The spokes on the 8" and less, are flush with the edge of the wheel if that makes sense. The older BTCC cars used to use the Pro Race in 17x9.
