Just fitted 20"s to my A3

Do you think? I had the 19" set on there before these and they just looked small so i upgraded to 20" and lowered it 35/40 mm all round and im happy but still dont look at it and put a massive smile on my face just a smile lol

looks too big for the car, i'd bet it tramlines like hell.
Any pics of it on the 19's? and did you try it on the 19's with the new drop?

Being totaly honest they drive alot better than the 19"s no tramlining or anything, just have to watch out for pot holes as the tyres are like elastic bands haaha,
Thats the thing the 19" looked tiny and the 20" dont look huge to me i would go bigger if i could lol and no sorry no pictures as they where only on there a couple off days as i was not happy with the look at all.

Wow... Looks like a hotwheels car...
Doesnt look right to me tho... Theres a video on youtube called audi s3 the white pearl i'm sure it is.... And he put 20" rotors on his and it looked so much better on that... I wonder what the difference is...? Cause i fell in love with them on that pic, but sadly not on this 1?

Haha, i dont know thats the problem i think theres just something that doesnt click, is it the wheel colour with the car? The car colour god knows, but it just doesnt give me the wow factor which im sure 20" wheels should?

Shame tho.... Cant imagine the 20' are easy to get a hold of either... 18's are bad enough!

Haha, well i will see if they grow on me and in the mean time see if anyone is interested in a deal or swap for them for something else as they are only a few days old.
my 0.02...The wheels outclass the car. The eyes look at the wheels first and the car just disappears. To put out a good looking car, the devil is in the details. Keep the wheels and dress the car and I think a smile will come to your face

Too big, too much hassle with the state of Britain's roads.
I've buckled a 16" in a pothole.
20" is too big and 16" is too small.
Like with everything somewhere in the middle is ideal.

Agree with this....needs to be a lot lower to pull that look off and you'd struggle with static suspension

Cheers guys a few mixed coments on them.
I do have a few more things to do with the car as ibeen looking at S3 kit so some side skirts to give it that lower look. In the flesh the car is sat really low the picture doesnt do it justice to behonest will have to get a better one as the rear wheel is tucked just under the arch.
And spot on audinutta thats newport shell haha.

It's because that white ones lower. If this was lower you'd pull it off. Needs to be on air for practicality and being able to pull off the look.
Not a fan, biggest i would go on my S3 would be 19, but I'm a stinge and won't pay for the tyres, so 18 it is, spaced and lowered properly 18's compliment an A3/S3 really well. As a few others have said it looks like a hot wheels car!
imvho, 19s are too big, 20s are wwwaaayyy too big. The car is designed for certain proportions, and what you did is laugh in the face of good design and get comical clown wheels. Each to their own yada yada
