OK guys I'll start you off /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif


I needed a picture of my car for some possible advertising /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif and remembered about this photo location that I stumbled across a while back.

So I went out armed with the camera and took over 150 pics, but this one stood out for me.

And TBH I think it's the best picture I have ever taken

Your car looks great as always, but if I'm brutally honest, that's not a very exciting location. Also, due to the liner backdrop, you should rotate the pic so that the lines on the building are straight.

You tried taking any pics at night?

Well I was happy with that picture /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif, but there you go /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh_roll.gif

No not tried taking pictures at night as my camera is not really up to the job TBH. Photography is something I am interested in, but I've not got the time or money to invest in it at the moment.

Have you got any tips that you can pass onto me?
 
As a pic of a car its fine, but you mentioned about locations etc. Just giving you my humble opinion :)
Get your self a good zoom lense (or a camera with good optical zoom)then stand far away from the car and zoom in.
This will give you a good depth of field like in the pic below.

I've been meaning to host them on the web somewhere for ages and this seemed like a good time to do it.

Yep - the seats are great and make the interior a lot less boring compared to quite a few of the other S3s I've seen IMO.

Nice car. Love red S3s.

I got rid of the bird poo for you and removed the range rover + speed sign. Also cropped the pic so the car sat more in the corner.
Hope you don't mind.

Looks like it worked but thats only because i took it from another web site i had it posted on.

How do you post them up easily form your pc.

All help greatly appreciated as i would like to post a few more upto date pics soon
