How much is a black RS4 grill.
It looks the business as does your splitter

IIRC £185 for the grille from Audi, splitter is wrapped with brushed steel vinyl

Thanks for the reply.
Is my S-line grill worth anything to offset the cost?
Will it fit an SE front end plug and play?

I have seen a few on the bay for around £40, but I've no idea how much they are worth 2nd hand. As far as I am aware I don't think the S-line will fit into the SE bumper .

S-line and SE grilles are not interchangeable, if you have an SE bumper you can get an RS4 mesh type grille. This is mine from the states , had it sprayed before fitting.

How do you "go back to Chrome" once plasti dipped - not a product I know anything about
Cheers

Sprayed it on the car, great stuff to use

Sounds good to me, is one tin enough to do the full grille?

Also how did you do it, just mask off as if spraying normal or spray then peel off the excess? I've heard different methods and not sure what's best.

Pretty sure I used about half a can to do the chrome round the grill and my rings on the front and back.

Mask but not like you're using conventional paint, keep it back about 10mm. This gives you enough material to peel back leaving a nice clean finished edge. Plenty of videos on YouTube that will show you better than I can explain it.

That looks the business and second only to the RS4 grill but a whole lot cheaper.
I have never used plastidip before but have heard about it.
Fancy doing it for me? Im only over the bridge:laugh:

Plastic dip was the way I went for the grille and bought black rings off eBay for £10
