Now before any responses the majority of you are going to state that the likes of Michellin and Bridgestone and Continental are the only real proper options.

If not in price range then the possible choice of something like Avons and Hankook... BUT I am short for cash at the moment and my initial focus was to source some part worns of decent make (currently in contact with someone trying to arrange this).

Of course that could fall through so my next option was to maybe purchase a set of Nankangs NS-2 or NS-2R (sports) which are probabaly utter crap on a Audi A3.

Wheels are TT Comps and tyre size options are as follows;

> 225/45/17
> 225/40/17
> 215/45/17
> 215/40/17
> 205/45/17
> 205/40/17

Please please please help as soon as possible as I need to get this sorted sooner rather than later because my current Pirelli that were on the wheels when purcahse are at their very limit :(

Cheers in advance!

Personally I wouldn't put them on a shopping trolley.... There are much better tyres out there for a little bit more... If your budget is limited get some decent part worns until you can afford better... How much have you got to spend....? You can get Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas for 70 a corner.... There a good tyre I've had them before... Currently running Falken 453,s...

No more than £50 a corner unfortunately is my budget with a little extra for fitting

You need 225/45R17s on TT Comps, I run Avons on my S3, not a bad tyre for the price, Falken 452s are ok, but they don't like the wet!

I'm running Kumho KU39, got a good price on them from Black Circles - and triple club card points. :)

I really like them over the 452s I had before.
