Loads of wires for starters. Mission making the kit mute when call comes and visa versa when music is playing muting the music.

The instruction r basic and not model specific. The sot lead that is.
 
You will need to register VCDS Lite (approx £70) before you can perfom any re-coding
 
I honestly don't know as Vag Com is before my time so I don't know of the differences. Someone else may be able to answer though. All the recoding guides out there or based on VCDS. Contacting Ross Tech is probably your best bet.

this should help along with a multi metre. Ive done lots of car audi installs from head units to dull comp spec fits. i will do a write up of my install.
