noise down exhaust bit like when u but a card on your bike spokes as a kid

So my car is all rebuilt now and was running fine, i have a new Stainless exhaust on, but i have this weird rasping sound (was also on original system but not as loud) , is almost like when you were a kid and put cards on your spokes to get that weird sound, which is what i have now.

i can here is down the exhaust and also if i put a bar to the turbo i can here it there, but thats not to say its not traveling down through engine somewhere.

My car produces no spoke, it runs like a dream , it boosts and pulls with good boost (1 bar in 3rd)

Perhaps an exhaust manifold breaking down internally?

yeah sorry i always forget to mention its an S4 , when i had the Manifolds of when putting the turbos on they looked ok, i was wondering if it could be the oil pump, the noise is from the passenger side, and at certain revs it seems to vanish
