T25? Really? You're building a monster engine. Seems a shame to put a smaller turbo on it.

the desired power is 400-450PS and fast spool for dealy drive.
I also reserve a T3 manifold CTSturbo if I want

I reserve the option to use an HTA 3071 T3

for now i need EFR 6758 for test mule :)

I LOVE THIS

6758 on paper is a great turbo. a rival for the gtx2867 for sure.
Will be interesting what power you manage to get out of it.
I reckon the efr internal gate housings will be abit better than the garrett ones, so prob reach its potential whereas my gtx28 needs T3 to reach its potential.
Will be a nice car though with the stroker too.

Only thing that put me off this turbo was the shear size of it, height and width wise they are big compared to the garrett equivalents.

on paper, 6758 is great
My car is LHD, for now, is no problems :)

on different configurations view of the 1.8t.
back pressure is important with .64 ar, why I expect the output of AR .86.

the cylinder head is ported with big EXHAUST port, to compensate for this.
I will use IE camshaft to help the backpressure

full engine is balanced an blueprinted
the crankshaft, rod, pistons is balanced by a recognized professional in the world of rally
All measures will be controlled, for the best values assembly

Cela ressemble à un bien pensé construire, si elle rend ces chiffres, il y aura beaucoup de plaisir sur la route! Où en France es-tu?

this is going to be a interesting build. wish i had the kind of money going spare that some of you guys chuck into your cars!

im still throwing the pittance i do have at the car! just can't quite afford to do any of the more interesting bits (not having a garage to do the work myself on it also holds me back a bit aswell, but probably for the best)

I'm 100% with Cecil, it was never supposed to be that way, just a bit of fun to play with until it becomes all consuming and expensive!!

Lille est une belle ville, theres une bonne scène de voiture seulement de la frontière, mais la plupart de mes amis là-bas ne voulait jamais une Fiat Panda 4x4 lol je suis jaloux, mines ne vont jamais être que rapide!

*looks like a good build and it should be fun on the road. Whereabouts in France do you live?
Sorry :(

where did you get these from?
on T25 flanged manifolds like yours, and garrett fitments (not yours I know) they are usually retapped to M10 and turbo hotside redrilled to 10.5mm to suit. More clamping possible then.

New part arrived:

teaser...

and mysterious brakes...

OEM parts arrived for next week

Once all the parts received are,
engine construction can begin

any advice for exhaust in 3 "?

Don't think there are any off the shelf 3" systems unfortunately :(

Where did you get the rear brake setup? 4 pot + handbrake caliper I assume? Seems popular with the mk5/6 lot...

a friend makes this type of brakets. braket is made CNC in steel 4340

more detail in MP

Curious as to why you went for non rifle drilled rods...

No off the shelf 3" exhaust solutions, would be a custom build...

Have you upgraded the master cylinder to cope with the brakes?

Been talk on facebook about using a b5 s4/rs4 one but I believe it would take some modifying.

Link?

too many changes, is not currently considered

The easiest is to change the brake pads before the average wear
