Wind Deflectors

The Team Heko's were the first mod I bought for my VXR and for my S3, I definitely wouldn't be without them. They are very well made, easy to fit and I think they add a little something to the look of the car too. You won't be disappointed with them!

sound, always liked the look of wind deflectors, and at £35 delivered its a bargin :)

tbh... im a bit mixed in opinions... i bought these and have them installed on my car donet get me wrong they do look good but the wind noise i now get is astronomical... tbh im thinking about taking them off :/

bad wind noise then? says it reduces it though

i have these on my 2! definatly adds to the look of the a4, however wind noise does seem louder but not massively!

As requested

nice one lad, look quite smart them

had these on for a month or so now, look nice, look very oem, however as said they have seemed to increase wind noise, not by very much though so they will be staying on my car :)

I have had these on my car for over 2 months now and as above the wind noise is increased dramatically. Took the rears off as it just didnt look right. If the profile were a tad smaller it might have looked better.

so i ended up ordering some, fitted them today, look really smart i like them, slight noise but nothing turning the volume up cant get rid of.

got metal clips with them but theres now way they fit in the window bit there just way too big, hows people got round this problem might get them in the vice to crimp them abit i think?? there ok at the min cant pop out while driving ect.

anyway, a few pics

ignore the number plate in window, had my number plate recess painted again just waiting for it back from bodyshop

Probably an old thread, but a search popped this up...

I thought the whole point was to reduce wind noise and allow ventilation?

On cars without aircon, where you need the windows open on hot days (or on cold days to aid demisting), they're brilliant. I had them on a number of cars back in the 1990s. Ever since I've had air conditioned cars, I haven't bothered with them; can't see the point any more.

i ended up selling these not long after fitting

I took the rear ones off but keep my fronts. The noise is noticeable when closed but quieter when slightly open. As a smoker it's great for rainy days not getting wet or on hot days for a little fresh air without blowing my wig off lol
