I was wondering if anybody could tell me what short shift kit this is? Was already on the car when I bought it but its abit too short for me, the gears aren't that smooth especially 3rd and 2nd.
03 s3 short shift.

Looks like it's set up ultra short currently. Whip the circlip off and remove the cable end, the. Loose the stud and slide it outstares from the pivot a bit. Then do a cable setup and all should be sweet.

realigned the gear linkage before and it's made a massive difference, the gears feel much better. I haven't adjusted the throw just yet as I don't think it needs it now.
