Hope everyone had a good Xmas...?

Just come to spend some of my xmas money on some more cleaning products for my motor and low and behold they've gone! Does anyone know what's going on with www.cleanandshiny.co.uk??

Not sure but I've been using www.seriousperformance.co.uk lately and the guy who runs it, Alex, offers good prices, 10% dicsount and free postage.

If you email Alex he will take paypal. I just normally do a direct bank transfer though.

Does he now do free delivery? I know he offers a 10% discount for people on here but if your only ordering 1 or 2 items the postage is a big chunk of the cost.

Thats very odd! Did you try refreshing the page? 3 years or so and were still going strong... New warehousing and lots of stock everything is going well....

Just checked the site and its there now....

Hi Mate,

The reason we dont offer Free Delivery and 10% discount is that we found that when a single item was ordered we actually lost money! I dont know how Alex does it sometimes.....

A bottle of NXT Wash costs £12.99 and costs about £3.80 to send recorded with the post office... If you take 10% off too it actually cost us about a fiver to sell that product, thats before packaging and credit card charges! As you can see form our point of view we cant do both unfortunatley /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

As much as we would like too /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

You just need to come and pick up from us instead!!

You know, someone mentioned Paypal. it would be pretty good if you could take paypal.

Mind, that would only get me spending more wouldn't it!!!

P.S. That knocking sound last time I came over to collect was two loose wheels at the rear, just as well you have a big car park!!
