You have to excuse me if my questions are newbie as trying to learn all about my new car.

Can anyone tell me the pcd and what wheels these are? Can I get them in 18s what will the ride be like compared to the 17s?

PCD on the B6 is 5 x 112
Those are old style RS4 replica's
I think 18" RS6's suit the B6 far better - far easier to clean as well!

They're B5 RS4 style wheels, certainly available in 18" size. You want 5x112 PCD, and a final ET of approx 35. They're popular wheels so you'll have no trouble finding the right size.

Those wheels in 18" form are also known as TTRS alloys, just make sure the pcd is 5x112 though and not 5x100 as they are commonly found on mk1 TT's hence the name.

No, chances are your 17's are genuine as you rarely see 17" reps available compared to 18" ones. There are loads of 18" replicas available, you've just gotta be careful to get the right pcd as a lot of them out there are 5x100 to fit the likes of mk1 TT's, mk1 S3's, and mk4 golf's etc. If you want genuine ones in 5x112 pcd then you'd have to get some mk1 B5 RS4 wheels.

If they are reps then chances are they are multifit.... i have exactly the same wheels that i bought origionally for my A3 .... they actually have 10 bolt holes for 2 different patterns 1 x 5x100 and 1 x 5x112.... flip a center cap off and have a look

Doubt they are OEM Ronals as they were only available in 18" with 112x5 PCD as per original B5 RS4.
They were really soft as well and prone to buckiling.
OEM Ronal 17's were mainly from TT's which use 5 x 110 so wouldn't fit a B6

Another thing to consider is tyre cost, 235/35/19's cost a fortune but 19's are the price of coming every time you see it.

The 18" Nine spoke design were a £1900 option on the B7 (they were on my biz partner's lease B7 s-line when it arrived!!)

They are in the b7 brochure
