Audi B8 specialist in the midlands?

Hi Folks, Im after a Audi specialist near the midlands. My cousin has a 2008 B8 tdi which seems to have a problem with the keys, the car starts with both keys fine, but wont lock or unlock with either of them. The central locking works fine itself. Im just wondering what it could be and if anyone near the midlands knows these cars well enough to help, or is it likely to be a dealer only job. Im guessing its just a case of just resyncing the keys.

If its just keyfobs need re syncing then you only need vcds

Im in west midlands. I have vcds myself any ideas on how to resync?

That looks like its for the b7. The b8 isnt a flip key.

aa sorry , If you use vcds go into cent conv and there should be an option to reprogram keyfobs .
Your key pushes into the dash?
