Love...love...LOVE the black Audi rings on the grills!!! Been eye'in these up for a while now, but suspected they'd be a right pig to fit! Any advice/pictures/guides on fitting them?
 
Used a waterless wash solution today, also fitted different wheels.

That's a lovely car mate! I like both sets of wheels but think I prefer the r8 wheels personally.

The colour of your car is splendid though.
 
Thanks mate, am thinking I prefer the R8 wheels as well, I've had the black ones for a month and thot I'd try them will give them some time see if they grow on me
 
Lovely looking car but personally don't think B7s suit 20's, just too big for me.

What profile tyres are you running, 30? Hows the ride?

Have to agree, awesome car and grill looks great but number plate spoils it all, understand for shows etc its great tho. Think I'd be tempted to spray the FMIC black too.
 
I now have a self adhesive plate but doesn't look much better, unfortunately it took a week to get to me hence the plate on the dash look in the pics :(
 
ajax - it will bo black in the future, i was so happy with building the custom fmic and getting it in there i thought i'd show off my effort for a while.

i prefer them stealthy black too - but does painting FMICs not effect the cooling effectiveness?

Finally managed to spend some time on the body work. Wash, Claybar AKA Bluetack (Does the same thing), going over with the buffer and Megs ultimate compound followed by Megs ulitimate polish and final Megs NXT wax

today's show and shine, used some new wax today well impressed with the results, look for yourself :yum:
