New to S3 Ownership so please excuse this if its already been brought up A3/S3 Section is so extensive probably quicker to do it this way. im looking to change upgrade the front discs and pads as current ones are **** and fade after 3 to 4 times heavy breaking now its been mapped to 300+ think this could become a big problem while out playing I know cheers in advance

Hi.

The best thing to do is to drop DaveB1970 a line and wait for a reply.

He can offer you a decent range of brakes to suit most budgets, but do be prepared to spend between £1.5-2k to get the results you want.

There isn't much you can do with the stock brakes to improve them, and aftermarket pads may improve feel, but aren't going to do much overall.

Kits available include the TTRS kit,and those from APRacing,Brembo,Alcon and VWRacing.

The Alcon kit for the S3 will make your wallet cry.

I would seriously recommend something from DaveB1970,but if you want one of the kits, the APRacing kit is very good, and will work well.

Braided lines will certainly improve feel,as will a decent set of pads.....I have a VWRacing kit on mine and I swapped from Ferodo DS2500 pads to Mintex 1155 recently,as well as swapping the rotors to AP's,and that lot really improved my brakes.
