Just had the head replaced with a new one since the old one was cracked. Car is fine ticking over but just today after driving the coolant light comes on and their is hardly any coolant in the resivoir. Could this be due to the coolant not of been bled properly? Soon as i take the cap off water pours back in to the resivoir.

Yes maybe its not been left to stand, but I would stick coolant in very slowly, so it trickles into the system so minimises an air pocket as such, then I disconnected a pipe by the left headlight which allowed it to bleed properly & also left coolant cap of for a day, worked perfectly for me.

Will try that tomorrow. Think the pressure is just making the water come out of the overflow. Car never overheats so I'm sure it is circulating to an extent.
