As above, what size spacers can i get away with front and rear?

completely depends on what offset the wheel is

(if there is a pic i apologise i don't get access to pics at work)

Of course this information is correct, my reply was based on wheels with ET35 offset, basically, the range is ET25-35 on the fronts and ET 20-35 rear, you could probably run 20mm's on the rears, I'm pretty sure that will clear.
 
I run ET5 rear on 8.5s, if it wasn't for that stupid little plastic "block" on the outside arch liner, it'd be fine. Rubs ever so slightly now and then...
 
ET53 Alloys, 19x9's, 35mm spacers front, 45mm spacers rear and fits fine. What wheels are you looking to put on?
 
Yep they are, sadly I need to find one longer one as I damaged part of the thread on one of the adapters :banghead:
