Just incase anyone is interested i have just bought the bits to give my car a quick service next week and was really pleased with the deal i got from eurocarparts using promo code : now30

I got 5l of Shell Helix Ultra Fully Synth 5w-40 oil, bosch oil filter, pollen filter and 4 x NGK BKR7E`s for a grand total of £40.21 inc P+P (should of been £57.45)

So its a no brainer not to service the car every 6-8k for those prices :)
 
Concidering i used to pay near that just for 4l oil from halfrauds a few years back its a proper good deal especially delivered to your door:)
 
Yeah euro car parts saved me a fortune to :) , 31% off I got new discs / pads all round, cambelt kit & water pump, drive belt, cv boot, indicator switch,air filter, pollen filter, oil filter and oil. I got local branch lick and collect. So cheap
 
just type in "engine oil" in the search bar, then you'll get the chance to select whatever grade you want
 
I usually use the 5W-30 shell, but is the 5W-40 suitable for the S3 8L? cheers

As for oil grades i used to use 5w-30 but as most of our cars have a few miles on the clock now using a thicker oil is reccomended hence the 5w-40 fully synth i now use
 
Worth trying the voucher code BIGDEAL31 I've been using that even two weeks after it expired getting 31% off , last time I used it was last Saturday.

Bummer, I heard though ECP are going to be doing these types of discounts for a while as they are trying to increase their market share. I've seen few different deals last few weeks from 20% to 31%, clutches excluded sometimes and sometimes not. It's worth keeping eye on if you got a lot to get, I saved nearly 200.

Also day bought rear wiper £3.44 ECP vs 10.99 halfrauds.
 
Did my service today so thats all done for another 6-8k :)
