Hi, my dads turbo has gone on his 06 A3 and has been quoted £800 for a new one and fit. Would rather try and source one myself as I can fit it.&nbsp;<br><br>Thanks Chris.&nbsp;

That's a reasonable quote for a brand new turbo unit as long as it is from a VAG specialist who knows what he is doing. There are a few companies that supply new units, even Euro Car Parts sell them. If you ask these suppliers they will know which one you will need, it's not difficult just to phone them and ask for the part no.
