Hi all, i've searched through pages and pages and can't track one down for the B8.

I am looking to change to 19" wheels in the near future and didn't realise what a minefield it is!!

Getting the size as recommended is: 19 x 8.5 ET43.

My question is, what other dimensions will go on the B8. As yet it is not lowered but will be going 30 - 40mm lower.

Thanks for looking, a pic of your B8 on some 19"'s wouldn't go amiss

I'm running the said 19 x 8.5 ET43 but I also have H&R Sport Springs which has lowered the car by 1.3/4"

I am also using 10mm spacers at the front and 15mm ones at the rear so that in effect makes an ET of 33 front and 28 rear but I do rub a bit on the heavier compression bumps.

I've heard of people running 20 x 10's with no I'll affects.

I am running a set of BBS CKs on my s-line which are 20" x 8.5 and they sit and ride perfect

Sadly they dont photo well been black, once tyres have worn will put a lower profile tyre on and change the colour

Also had my grills sprayed black and number plate recess shortened

Still to come, wheel colour change, some kind of low but unsure which way to go, retro fit parking sensors and hopefully get hold of some buckets like in the background of one of the above photos

Do you have to use spacers when you drop?

19x8.5 with a 15mm drop is perfect. I did try 20x10.. but they rubbed without the drop
