Hi all,

Was messing around with some products over the weekend, trying to improve the shine of the car and give it some protection. When I purchased the car new, I had Supaguard thrown in, however never really shines that well..I think the Daytona Grey looks quite nice when waxed up!! Picture quality is not the best, as on iPhone.

Here are my steps..

I washed it using Meguiars Ultimate Shampoo with wash mitt.
Rinsed it using some demon shine mixed in.
Dried it with drying towell.
Polished it using Meguiars Ultimate Polish.
Finished it with Meguiars Ultimate Detail spray.

I didn't have any sealant, so will include that step another time, which will help with a longer lasting shine.

Great colour, what do you use to seal your wheels? I've used poor boys on mine but it is a bit of a pain to apply.

Just using Megs Ultimate Polish at the moment - need to get some decent rim wax.. I find these wheels easy to clean, however difficult to polish..

I would love to drop mine a bit as well but the 40mm H&R springs quote a drop from the standard height, not the s-line suspension. So really only a 10mm drop since the s-line is already 30mm lower. That's about £25 per millimetre dropped! Haha.

Lol to be fair H&R stated drops are on the conservative side.

Mine dropped more like 25mm and that's from the S-Line setup. (see pics in sig link. Sam 4)

Yeah that definitely looks like more than a 10mm drop! Haha. I guess when you see it like that it might actually be worth the cash! :) Thanks very much.

I can honestly say its defo worth the money.

I never had an issue with how the S-Line setup handled or rode and really only had these fitted for the looks.

However after a couple of weeks the H&R's have settled down and it rides so good.

A touch harder but so much more controlled when you throw it into a bend.

Highly recommended, no doubt !!!

That's brilliant, thanks for the feedback. :)
