Hey guys, quick question, couple of years ago when we attended Mark and Stacey had a BBQ, is anyone doing anything like that this year at all?

Obviously food etc will be supplied, it's just the BBQ and a cook that I was asking about....

Hi Nilz

We are providing a free BBQ for everyone who comes to the stand. You simply need to have one of the audi-sport.net wrist bands on to get free food. We hope to have enough food but to be safe you might want keep an eye on things :)

If you have something that you wished to be ****** we will try and cope.

We hope to be doing food from 10am, if your camping come and see if there's any breakfast before 10am. If we have got the tent etc up we might start cooking some breakfast. :)

i take it these wristband are going to be given out on the day to people on stand
 
You should get given the bands when you park on the stand but don't worry if for some reason you don't get one then you will be given one when you get to the BBQ.

Awesome thanks Adam, my Wife is vegetarian, so is it ok if i bring a couple of bits (thats if she wants) and get that done on the BBQ?

No trouble if its not tho :)
 
Yep that shouldn't be a problem. Let me know if it can't be ****** on the part where the meat is being ******. Not sure we will have a non meat part to cook it on but we can always smile and say yes :)

Having thought about it we might be able to get it on to the part used for the onions.

Nilz, can always bring a small metal tray that can be put on the BBQ to avoid contact with anything untoward mate

Will be good to catch up as ain't seen you guys for ages!!
 
Awesome a BBQ. AITP just got even better! Now lets just hope my bonnet is finished by Sat afternoon!
 
I'm more then happy to bring some bits along :) can't just turn up an eat all the food without contributing :)

But I guess you're right. I'll contribute some of my wit and charm in exchange for food.................I might have to bring own food or I'll go hungry though.
 
Please please... if it's burgers or sausages there is no need to bring anything we have rather a lot of them and we are more than happy to feed all of you untill it's gone. If you have some strange food requirment then feel free to bring it and we will do our best to cook it.

You don't even need to bring water as we will be supplying our new water :)

I'm sure but thanks for the offer :) I really don't want to bring any back and I'm a little worried that there won't be enough people at the show to eat it all :) I will be the happest person if we run out.

Or you might all be going home with a goodie bag of burgers and sausages :)

The left over water bottles I might keep :)

Just a though put forward by the catering team... We haven't done any salads or veg type things. We aren't doing plates or cutlery either so if you would like to have any, you might want to bring them :)
