So after selling my Rotiforms and reverting to standard rims (for now), I wanted to improve on the bodywork but keep it as OEM as poss. Picked up a lip spoiler for the boot;

And fitted some S4 style door blades to give the car a little more aggression and presence.

I have a painted S-line front lower bumper to fit. Next on the list; painted black grills and badge up front, black bonnet bra and some RS4 alloys but maybe painted in a funky colour. Still undecided on what tho although I have some ideas... :)

I linked the pics in the same way I do on every other forum. So the answer is no, I don't think I can! :-(

I'm quite curious to see what your Audi will look like after you fit the S line front bumper on along with the rs4 wheels. My Audi is also silver with standard rear bumper but I'm looking for a S line front bumper to fit at the front.

Guess I'll wait to see your one first :D

how you going to get that b7 bumper to fit ? you converting the hole front

I would LOVE a B7 front end... But no, I'm just fitting a B6 S-Line bumper for now, pal.

Andy

Bigger wheels are needed!

Agreed! It's really noticeable tO me as I've only recently sold my 19" Rotiforms. BUT... It drives sooo nice on these compared to 19"s. hopefully 18"s will be a better compromise!

so the black bumper you have put in the add is not the one you have or are going to fit then as thats a b7 one lol

What are you on about?!? I've made no such ad. Have you confused me with someone else? Oh yeah, lol... :)

Didnt mean to it was a smart phone fail.

So tell me more about these door blades please.

I bought them so long ago it has dropped off my purchased items now mate. Just search for b6 door blades and look at international sellers from Poland. There are quite a few. They need a bit of extra prep work as they have a few pinholes as you would expect with a fibreglass piece but they look great now.

Andy

Ah, lots of people were wondering about the quality of those blades, the Polish ones, but good to hear that they are actually OK. For mine I would prefer S-line blades (S4 ones kinda look like wings!) but nobody seems to make copies of them (less market for them?).

Thanks.

Were they ok to fit, as in did they fit the same way the originals came off ?

I might be up for selling my genuine s-line blades providing they'd pay for a set of those Polish S4 replicas. Maybe it's a side-effect of excessive red bull consumption, but I really like the wings, lol.

the originals are attached by sliding along a series of rivet shapes and then secured both ends with a bolt. the replicas are secured with just the bolts and have holes to accomodate the rivets.

Its all about the wings!! :)

Despite a mechanical/electrical that reared it's ugly head yesterday, I decided to add my S-Line front lip (it was late in the day and no motor factors were open to try to get a new speed sensor).

No during pics, but here are some after a quick wash this morning. Excuse the glare in the headlights!

I've just seen how much the original S4 door blades are on eBay, £429! That's ridiculous for 4 moulded bits of ABS plastic.

Agreed! That's why I paid eighty-odd quid for fibreglass replicas...
