Well the last thing really to do to my car is cams..

But a bit unsure which are best suited to my build, 2.0 stroker, gt30 compact etc etc

I`m just looking for some advice
 
I saw andrew@ald mentioned this in a post earlier. Whats wrong with the oe cams? Arnt they good for 500bhp+?
 
Integrated Engineering ones look good... when they eventually get some more in...

Pretty much everythng else is I.E so may aswell order some of these too..

Some impressive gains over stock cams.. didnt think you could gain that sort of power..
 
Standard cams are very tame

I too plan to fit some IE Street/Strip cams second to IE cams I would use Cat cams

Kent and Piper haven't really spent the time on developing cams for the 1.8t 20v
 
They dont seem to work out too bad on the purse strings too.. lol

How are they upgraded? Are they just higher lift? Or lift and duration? In my vw type 1 turbo days, you could pretty much only get one turbo cam and that had no overlap essential for turbos. You got more lift with different rockers .
