facelift A3 to S3 conversion

Tryed to google, but dident find anything on the 09? :s

Is the front bumper a straight swap, or do i have to cut the alu. bar behinde the bumper(dont know the english word for it, sorry)

Should be a straight swap afaik but I'm sure someone will answer your question more conclusively

But you have to cut the bar on 8p2 -> s3 right? or is it only from 8p1 -> s3?

Yes, have to cut or replace the bar on both 8P1 and 8P2 when going from standard or s-line to S3.

According to ETKA there are two bars for the 8P3.... 8P4 807 113C and 8P0 807 113F, so my guess is that the same applies. But that's just a guess.

Straight swap afaik, as the 2 different bars on the facelift 08 onwards are purely for the different safety measures, denoted by a PR code difference of 5C0 & 5C1, also found on variety of parts like console switches.

Guys, will a facelift bumper support bar fit on a pre facelift s3? i need 8p0 807 113 d --- But all i can find is 8p0 807 133 f Will that fit my s3 with a bit of cutting? Cheers, Louis

I have bought 8P0 807 113F for mine which is the reinforcement bar. What is the other code above for? Looks like a bracket? Do I need both for the 8p3 S3 conversion? Argh
