TT brake pedal to the floor

A customer took his tt in after fitting new pads hilmself and loosening all four bleed nipals. He also didnt wind the rear calipers in but pushed them in. Now im left with fixing it and cant get a firm pedal.

Anyone had any experiance with this?

Sorry i forgot to say that was my reason for posting, i have been bleeding them for a good while now, there was air coming out but not really anymore. The pedal is better but when u initailly press it there is a gap where you can hear air then the bite, i feel it should be a sharper response than this.

As for winding them back in, i dont mean to sound cheeky but there is a reason the rear calipers have slots for winding them and front ones dont. You must wind the rears in, or face damaging the caliper. It has to do with the handbrake mechanism.
