Yes, they are the same fitment, 5x100 is what you need to look for.
Mk4 Golf, Seat Leon and Skoda all have the same fitment as well, but just double check to be on the safe side.
Best bet will be to go for 17s, ideally with a 225/45/17 tyre size (same as standard on the S3)
