2006 S3 Grill will fit on 2010 S3 Bumper?

A 2006 S3 grille will not fit a 2010 S3 bumper, I'm afraid. They are very different in terms of size (facelift grille is larger) and also in how it is attached to the bumper. The prefacelift (2006-2008) grille is fitted using clips and the facelift (2009-2012) grille is screwed on. If you are putting a facelift front end on the car, you will require a facelift S3 grille. Sorry 
Sorry Buddy, for your sake I hope I'm wrong too, but the subject has been covered many times on the forum already and I think you will get the same answer from other members too. On the plus side though, prefacelift S3 grilles are more difficult to find for sale secondhand, so you may be able to get more for it when you sell than a 2010 S3 grille will cost you (as there are lots more facelift grilles for sale secondhand, they tend to be cheaper).

AG-8613 isn't the Audi part number. If it says it is for cars FROM year 2008, it will ONLY fit a facelift front bumper, not your prefacelift one. The part numbers for prefacelift (2006-2008) S3 grilles are as follows -
8P0 853 651 A 1RR (platinum grey)
8P0 853 651 A 3FZ (black)
Numbers for the facelift (2008-2012) S3 grilles are -
8P0 853 651 Q 1RR (platinum grey)
8P0 853 651 Q VNZ (black)
Ask the seller to give you the part number from the grille, so you can know for sure which one you are getting. If you can post a pic of it, we will be able to tell you.

Thats a mid 08 onwards grill, so if you intend to do the latest S3 front end as per your OP, then yes that will fit, but it has pdc holes aswell, so would either need to use front sensors, fill the holes or just fit sensors to fill the holes & look oem.
Okay, I'll clarify aaaall things here :
Can I use it WITH my current 2006 Bumper?
And Can I use it as well with the 2010 S3 Bumper or with 2011 S3 bumper by filling the holes somehow( May mechanic friends can fill it ) ?

Don't sell the grille if possible, keep it until you do the facelift on your car. If you sell it now and later on decide to do the facelift, you'll need to buy another one the same as this. It's a shame it won't fit both 8P2 and 8P3 bumpers, but it's not called a 'facelift' for no reason, lol. Good luck with your facelift!
Here is a link to an 8P2 S3 (prefacelift 2006-2008) grille, but this will only be suitable for the prefacelift S3 model.

Audi ensure that none of the front end parts on any of their A3/S3 models 8P1, 8P2 or 8P3 models are interchangable with each other. Like all car manufacturers, they prefer to make as much cash from their customers as possible, lol!

Its not a plug and play thing OR the whoooole specs & diameters are different? Coz if the general diameters are the same, I can make it fit somehow with my mewchanic friends LoL
