Just been quoted £80 to fit Sony DSX-S300BTX into my A3 8P with the single DIN Concert II with ISO fitted

The fitting company said " You've got an active system so you will need a module for all speakers to work with the Sony unit.

The price for the module , antenna and installation = £80"

Does that sound right for parts needed and fit price?

Thanks

Yeah that sounds about right mate, I recently had mine done for £60 but my radio doesnt work and havent got a clue why! However I did buy my own ISO module.

Dont know how much the module would cost but the fitting of a car stereo is never a hard job. Worth trying yourself, I always keep a few fuses to hand tho. i like the look of that sony unit with the dock tray..

Module is about £20, imagine fascia would be about £10, then £50 labour to do the whole thing. Shouldn't take more than 30 mins for someone who knows that they are doing.

Might find they have to run a switched live from the fuse box to.

May as well go with them then instead of messing about with it

Thanks for replies
