Ey guys,,
I've got a set of coilovers for my a3 1.8t, I've been told you need a new anti-roll bar..

Will a set of the adjustable drop links be ok for it?

Or if not could you please link me to the right ARB.

Am looking to lower my car about 50mm for daily, show 80mm-100mm all round so needs must.

Thanks, Lewis

the drive shaft rubs on the ARB.

i used the TT to fix the problem on my a3 1.8t

part number 1J0 411 305 AE £80 ish from Audi with VAT

your need 19mm bushes aswell (unless yours are 19mm as standard) £10 from ebay

I had AP Colies fitted to mine and dropped about 35 to 40mm with no problems and now on 18s but, i wont be going any lower.

TT roll bar works well but droplinks dont fit very well, will work but bushes are really stressed. i made my own droplinks.

my car is quite low, the main problem i have with it is speedramps and the front subframe hitting the road on cambered road. the O/S shaft will sometimes hit the chassis leg over bumps also!! its all hasle really. nearly raised it a few times but it looks great when its stationary lol
