Enough is Enough

Well i have just about had enough with audi, after being F****ed arround non stop it appears there is no end to it all, my car is still at audi being repaired, after numerous re-quotes and deadlines, the car has been with them for 2 months now!!!

The following needs replacing:

both front side pannels
wishbone
a headlight
a fog light
and both light surrounds

2 Months!!!!!

Not only did my partner and i who both ordered cars have to go through a ridiculous amount to get the cars, but i now have to wait 2 months for my car, no courtesy car was offered either.

Now whilst my car is still in the garage my brother took his car to Audi for a service, they came across a problem with a fuse for the A/C and after holding the car for a week they said you car is ready to go, however we could not fix the fuse problem you will have to take it to an electrician!!!

so after 10 years audi service history audi would like him to take his car to a backstreet electrician!!!

I know it has been requested and provided on here before but could someone please provide me with a name and address of an Audi representative to whom i can send a letter.
