b6 avant 1.9tdi exhaust mod

Some help please iv e got audi a4 avant b6 1.9tdi FWD, i was thing of fitting cat back 1.8turbo twin outlet exhaust to make it look more beef,Dose it fit straight on and dose b7 also fit b6 , iam trying to locate a used one but not having much luck.bradster

B6 and B7 are both compatible, just be aware that you need to fit fwd to fwd and quattro to quattro as the two aren't compatible.

So you'll need a 1.8T fwd system, or a 2.0T from the B7.

Also make sure you pick up another rear box hanger bracket and bolts and ideally also another heat shield and speed nuts to fit it.

but what happens to the rear valance?

that needs chaning to the one from the 1.8t also. just remember that saloon only fits saloon, avant only fits avant and the cab just wont fit iether of the other two.

is the bumper split into two with a interchangeable valance then?

yes it's in two parts, you will need a new rear valance with twin cutouts, part number 8E9 807 521 G GRU £166 INC VAT, that is the s-line one you can fit a non s-line one from earlier models and from memory that is about £80 ISH but it all depends on what front bumper you have to match them up.

Or the other option is to go for the Votex kit which is what I did.

Sorry for the bump, but would the following be compatible?

Car: B6 1.9 TDi 130 FWD
Exhaust: B7 2.0 TDi 170 Twin Exit FWD (Pointy down tips!)
Valance: 'Ultra Sport'
