This may of been covered before but I couldn't find a topic on here. Theres always on odd noise when I have my heaters or air con on, usually about 4 bars and above it starts to make it. It sounds like its wobbling or loose. Its very annoying!

Might try taking it out and see if anything needs tightening up. Will it be the same model heater motor through all the 8l A3s?

Just sorted mine tonight, took it apart and it turned out to be a piece of tape with foam on it lodged in the fan. Took it out then put everything back together and its like new.
Sweet, I haven't got round to taking it out yet, will definately do it in the coming days. Was it easy to do?
Yup i had the same problem last week, took the pollen filter out of its housing and pulled out a piece of what looked like sound deadning, was pretty chuffed as i thought the bearings had gone in the fan motor....
