Ok ladies, 1st happy holidays & happy new year to all.

So anyone got any serious new years resolutions to keep to.

I have several.
  1. Stop swearing (so much) mainly so kid doesnt randomly pop out the odd feck here & there
  2. Get fit, lose 15 kilo's, not fat at all, just want to feel & look healthier
  3. Finish the A3 once & for all, in prep for the 4th res
  4. Get new car/s
  5. Move house/renovate outlaws
Sounds allot but in reality most can be acheived easily, just laziness stops us all huh.

So man up, whats on cards for you horrible lot.

1. upgrade to a quattro as i'm not going through this snow again
2. spend more time with my family
3. and last but not least double my stalking efforts and try and convince cheryl cole im the one for her !!

semi thinking about giving up alcohol

i'm with you on the get fit thing nigel - i've lost 10kg of muscle since i started my new job 5 months ago, and i seem to have replaced that with a slowly expanding gut so defos want my 6 pack back

Ooooooh thats also a good one, giving up the booze, problem is in italy in summer its great to go out to a bar & suck down a beer, then again a magners in UK is also nice, but as you well know to much of a good thing is not a good thing for the mind & body, so maybe this will be a 6th half resolution.

What contradicts this is, my future father outlaw is so damn slim its unreal, short git aswell but he drinks wine every single day for lunch & dinner, easily knock back half a bottle, never ****** & well unreal he never puts any fat on ever, wish I had his metabolism, bar steward.

6 Packs are hard, especially the 500ml ones :p

1- Save up for a new car
2- Make some serious money
3- Take my training to a serious level!

1 - Cut down on smoking and eventually stop
2 - Get back in the gym
3 - Cut down on swearing so much
4 - Sort out my bad temper and short fuse
5 - Get my 3" downpipe on, get an FMIC, and Stage 2 Revo! :)

1 . go gym upto 5 times a week , not sure i can now we got 2 kids
2 . go from 16.5 stone to 14.2 and be solid with healthy eating
3 . cut down swearing and try to be calmer
4 . drink at a slower pace on the 3 night's a week out , and try to save my liver ...lol

3 nights a week out with 2 kids, good luck to yer lol

I've only got one.
1 - Get my self build started.

I could do others but since I don't really drink, smoke, I cycle, surf and do other activities. I think I'm ok to put all my time and effort in to one big project or at least find out for sure if I can do it.
I want to build it my self, like a proper self build. Only get contractors in when needed and train my self to do every thing else.
That's the plan but first step is talk to the people in the know.

Mine will be:

1) finally get this fcuking house malarky sorted! will be so pleased when i'm finally moved in
2) pay rise at work - we have a target to reach by the end of March and we're on track so far

Those are my main 2 targets for 2011 :)

1) Get a new job (redundancy sucks - been at home nearly four months on gardening leave and although its great spending time with the kids, they are doing my Swede in!)
2) Get the little (and bigger) jobs done on the A4
3) Lose some more weight - dropped nearly 50lbs in 2010, just want to drop a few more!

like everyone else, get fit. Done the weight bit by cutting out the junk food & i see i can get back into my old 30" waste trousers :)

Like Nigel, finish car (will that ever happen though? LOL)

Good luck .... LOL

remember keeping fit is not just for January.

It needs to be continous most weeks and a good varied diet most of the time...
I have been working out for years now and to be honest it becomes part of your life.
I get depressed if i can't train

No no not really
i tend to train for 1.30hrs 3 - 5 times a week and then martial arts once a week.
I do hav breaks every now and again
Last time i trained was last Thurs and will not train till wed so nearly a week off

Hopefully my soul mate will magically appear and everything will be perfect and we get married and live happily ever after.
I watched enchanted last night. awwwww.....
Also, I'm not getting any younger!

I'm sure he'll he happy to read that lol

my is get the front of my car converted to the full frame grill and generally tidy up the car bit of paint here and there and new wheels , get a new job because the one i have got now is utter ***** , get back in my own flat again living at home is not for me anymore

Not got many,

1 Get the house sold!
2 Tone up and eat more fruit (hate fruit!)
3 save some money!

1. Get Fit.
2. Go hillwalking and cycling again.
3. Try to go swimming more in the sea
4. Go to Isle of Man
5. Nice long trip to California is a must.

Mine are:

Loose a bit more weight, last year I shifted 25kg in 6 months through hitting the gym, starting a new job and not being such a kebab monster, could do with loosing another 7kg.

Also would like to get some decks and learn to mix, something I've been meaning to do for years...

1.look for new job after forced retirement.
2.continue to avoid gyms
3.tidy up crusty socks so guests dont find them on the sofa
4.cut down on self abuse, wife says its wasted on a sock ( i disagree )
5.increase self abuse to annoy wife
6.decide on new telly (was last years res)
7.stop speeding (no chance)

I know what to get you for Xmas next year John.

His mum probably got him a set for xmas anyway.

OK i need to eat a bit more healthier and try and get fitter, need to get in trim for when the little one starts to say "daddy can we play football/go to the park/ride the bikes etc etc!!!

At the mo, the only football that will be getting played will be on the PS3!!

Also im a bit of a kebab monster too and really need to cut down on that, we have cut down on takeaways loads over the past year, but need to do just that little bit more and start to eat a few more greens!!

Ahhhh, you have just made me think of a disgusting greasy kebab... And now I want one really badly.... :(

That's tonight's tea sorted, I am going to treat myself.

My new years resolutions are the usual:

Give up smoking, try and save more money, etc.

However, as years past, none of the above will actually happen....

Right well to update, most of my ressies are non starters due to illness in the family, but the 1 that has been working which maybe down to illness is weight, lost about 6.5 kilo's without even trying lol, result, ok maybe because I dont eat so many italian biscuits but shocked me today on the scales so enfused me to try harder as wanna trim up by summer.

Others will be worked on when I'm better for sure.

I'm quite chuffed today, but will buy new set of scales just to be sure :)

Ah also dont swear as much now aswell.
