I want to replace the brushed aluminium trim in my sportback for the piano black trim. Is eBay my best bet or is it a reasonable price from Audi?

If anyone fancies a change drop me a pm :)

So I'm best going down the wood route n8 and spraying them like we discussed?

i saw a set go on eBay for £150 recently. i haven't seen another set since. SO gutted i didn't go for it!!

Odd to hear somebody preferring piano over alum. If i has a SB I'd have swapped with you LOL. I'm sure you will find a few takers.

I would be happy to swap my piano black interior for your brushed alu!!!

Let me know mate :)

Not that odd to me - I have a 3dr with brushed alu and would contemplate swapping for piano black. Not 100% certain tho cos my old car had piano so maybe different is good? Dunno but piano def looks better I think

wrap them in gloss black vinyl wrap its alot cheaper than buying new trims or used ones i wrapped my piano black trims recently for just over £17

well its doing ok so far but bear in mind i only wrapped them a few weeks ago in carbon fibre wrap,

that's the same stuff ive got n8 its awesome stuff got to be fair looks very realistic has to be said and very easy to use to

even though i do like the wood i would like to do something like that carbon in mine to go along with my red/black but i suffer from sausage fingers :| do you have to remove all the pieces of trim you want to wrap or can you do it in situe?

i took all mine out they are soo much easyer to work on as you can move them around to get the wrap on properly

Great job

Just out of interest how much did you use? I'm ordering some soon and don't want to go overboard.
