Audi-Sport Road trip in August - Switzerland/Italy

Already seen the hooters shots..... nice!
Sounds liek you had a great trip - looking forward to seeing the pics, vids and hearing the stories!
 
I was trying to drag everyone away from Hooters, but they kept going back! :hubbahubba:

Er, am I the only one that thinks there is only one semi-good looking girl in that trio?
The one on the left is passable, in a very plain-Jane way.
The one in the middle is an utter dog, with teeth like a Jamaican graveyard.
I wouldn't write home about the one on the right either.
You boys are being blinded by the Hooters uniform, surely.:wtf:

We met a Zurich-resident Brummie bloke at the MotoGP in Brno.
Top bloke, but hates living in Switzerland with a passion.
He says its positive points don't make up for the beurocratic nightmare it is to live there.
When taking your bike test, for example, you have to take the examiner with you as a pillion.
But you're not allowed to take a pillion until you pass your test.
So test day could be the first time ever you've taken a pillion.
Mental.:wtf:

Oh, he also said the women are a nightmare.
Takes you three times as long to reach a 'given level' than girls from other countries.
Real cold fishes.:cold:

Don't know yet. Need to add up all the toll charges, fuel etc and see. Not going to be massively over what we thought though I don't think.

We all used pretty much the same amount of fuel, with the economy of the mapped cars being better at the top end than the standard one.

would love to get a group of us together and do this... i been tryin to persuade my mates, problem is they all wann go in my car so it will be no fun... although if there was a few of us from here it would be wicked!!!

Me too, i've been trying to do a trip like this for a couple of years but no mates interested in doing it either.

I came across this thread last month while looking for info on a euro road trip, and as i picked up my first Audi today i thought i would post, to put it to the top of the threads and maybe generate some interest. would be looking to do the same sort of route, would be quite happy to do the leg work if could get some people on board. Anyone intrested please post.
