What Pads / Polish for a DA on Absolute Red?

Hi,

After some advice, got a 8L S3 in Absolute Red covered in swirls and i'm looking to freshen it up.

What pads and polish would you recommend for use with a DAS-6 DA?

I've had a go on my bonnet using a compouding pad and Power Gloss and refined it using a polishing pad and Super Finish (I think) but it didn't seem to make much of an impact.

So how do I cut through this hard VAG paint :banghead:

If you're having problems with power gloss then it may be worth getting a professional on it. How long are you working the polish? That's pretty extreme if Power gloss on a compounding pad isn't cutting it!!

Can you post some decent images of the defects? Your combination is super aggressive and I'm surprised you're not making progress. Some piccies and details about machine speed, method, number of attempts, etc, would help us to guide you. :sm4:
