Just bought my A3

I am verry happy with it, it is brilliant
however the left side front wheel bearing is making a noise at speed, i will sort this next pay day.

also it only has the manual key, no remote fob. I will get one soon because i want remote locking. However when i turn the key in the door it locks all the doors but when i undo the door it only does the drivers so i have to get in and turn the key to unlock the passanger door is this normal????

Its three door,

If the car is locked i will put my key in the drivers door and turn it, when i do only the drivers door unlocks.
I will get in and turn the key in the egnition and the passanger door will open.
If i get out the car and lock the door both will lock.

Is this normal for a manual key or is ther a motor that unlocks the passanger door while turning the key that isnt working *** it is a bit of a pain in the a*s for my other half who has to wait for me to get in first before she can
