Hi All

I have just had the new wheels fitted 19x8.5 et 45 with 225/35/19 and wondered which screw in the rear wheel arch needs removing to stop rubbing?

Dont ask me how low it is but i cant get a straight finger under the arch but will have it raised soon as

Apologies i know its been mentioned but cant fin the thread

Second question i have weitecs coilovers fitted and can adjust the fronts but cannot adjust the rears the mount just below the movable nut moves as well is anybody else having this problem?

Cheers

Pics next week

not sure about the screw, as for the rear coils, i think maybe you should jack the rear of the car up so theres less pressure on the spring and also try tightening the adjuster on the spring cup.

MIke

It was the garage that was having trouble i have not attempted it yet, problem is i dont want to have to take it to them again i thought that was the point of adjustables lol

I'd have thought you'd be able to identify which screw it waas as it would have a cleaner head than the others due to the tyre rubbing it.

Screws removed i have no rub on one side but rub on the other i have not trimmed back the screw hold yet gonna give it a couple o weeks, so has everybody done this who's cars are low ??

the car only rubs now when its got three in the back, still got the 235's on the back but putting some 225's on soon.

Keep us informed, I'm looking to lower my car and maybe put 19s on but I don't want rubbing
Cheers
