u should get GAP for 3 years with return to invoice, got my GTI covered via car2cover, very comprehensive about £140 for 15k of cover, piece of mind for 3 years to cover the shortfall on insurers valuation should it get nicked/written off

i've also been patiently awaiting the black edition, but i think the styling pack is a bit of a red herring,maybe the BE trim will be out later this year with the privacy glass, styling pack, stereo upgrade (maybe!) and black matt rotors (currently available everywhere but UK), in theory the BE...

my Mrs A3 8P has the phantom black , always looks dirty but stunning when freshly washed, and my Mk6 GTI is pearl black , same again so will be looking at a new colour, white or grey maybe... but you need the black matt rotors (on every configurator apart form UK) to finish it off!

so do we now have a "Black Edition" i'm not so sure, the 8P certainly did add a styling pack, but also better wheels , audio and extra bits ..oh and a harsh ride!

thats a good point on whether you can but it later but i would be trying to get a "deal" on this basis and try and negotiate it in , worth a punt

will be looking to keep a a new audi for at least 5yr , so thinking if the 5yr warranty extension at £500 or so is worth it along with a service plan? usually if anything did go wrong , and sods law, it will cost a blooming fortune so maybe its good value? might try and get them to include it in...
