    I disagree. As I said, if the service schedule says that to refill after draining it will require 6.9 litres and 6.9 litres is invoiced that's what should be provided. Regardless of how you extract the oil. As it happens when I questioned it with them they divulged that 3 of the 4 auto...

    Not entirely the case IMHO. If the service schedule says 6.9 litres is required and 6.9 litres is invoiced, I expect to get 6.9 litres.

    No not really. I've never heard of a case where there has been a problem, it's a proper professional tool. I guess if you broke something then you'd be liable - Just don't break anything!!

    I found when I got my car back from it's first service the oil level was at minimum. At over £20/litre an expensive oversight.
