my window clip had broken so the window wasnt shutting properly. i got the clips replaced, following http://www.piglet-net.net/tech/cars/a3-window.html guide. but i didnt line the subframe up properly as i didnt make the markings correct, now the door doesnt shut properly. ive fiddled...

yr best bet will be direct from audi. cos those trims are difficult to stick on, as they need to have the original sticky tape on the back of em. the only way u get that is gna be direct..

my passenger side windows keeps dropping, when trying to put it up. the window clip is broken in the door panel. its a 03 reg, does any1 know if audi repair this under warranty. i know golf do, if the car is less than 6 yrs old. if not where can i buy the clips from..

i took my car to audi chingford to get rust on the wheel arch sorted out under warranty. they approved it and i shud get it back in a couple of days.

took the car to audi to get some other work done. asked them about the window. they said the window could be out of alignment and they wud have to take the door panels of etc. said investiation wud cost £141 plus vat. and thats not even to change to the window. seems too expensive. might...

dj thats the same thing i got. im takign the car to audi this week to have some warranty work done for some rust i got on the wheel arch. i will also ask them about the window also. its ruined the glass with the scratching..

on the drivers side, when i turn the window up or down, it makes a screeching noise. ive also noticed the glass has scratched top to bottom on one side because of this... any1 know whats causing this and what can be done to fix it.. thanks
