I did them 1 at 360 degrees. 2 at 270 and 1 at 180 so well worth checking thanks

If you take the anti shudder valve off and take the side cover off it you will see plastic gears. They are common fault. They could be worn and slipping

Need the injector setting procedure. Ive done 1.9 before but im not convinced the settings are the same so i need to know how far to turn the grub screw back before i tighten the locknut

Mine is a4 2.0 tdi 140 and throttle is always at 95%. Apparently this is right but for some reason my car is slightly noisier than others ive heard through the airbox on tickover. I cant see why it should be fully open on tickover. My revs are apparently a tiny bit higher than they should be on...
