I have read the link but cant understand how this causes the engine and running problems? (sorry for seeming so daft in all this I'm very unfamiliar) I can understand what your saying, but the car runs spot on until today where its happened just by being left on idle for 5-10 mins Thanks Tom

Hi, this is my first post! Basically a few weeks ago I was at the car wash having it cleaned and half way through it cut out, it would start but splutter out within seconds, this continued for about 15 minutes and then it roared into life again, I presumed some water had gotten somehwhere cause...
