01441 - i believe is the fuel level sensor, the car runs okay untill theres not much diesel left in the tank then the coil light comes on intermitently and some times takes a while to start. I do not have these issues when theres plenty of fuel in. Whats the usual fix for this ? 00546 and...

I think its a pump but wonder why its there, im thinking mayb the fuel pumps failed and they put that there as an alternative

iv managed to get hold of a vag-com cable is there any recomended software to check ? Would the pump on its last legs show any other signs apart from just what i have said above ?

The issue is the light only comes on when you go to that speed and doesnt stay on. Would they still be able to read the code ?
